Love this practice. We’ve been here for years. Doctor Woodward has been the BEST for our family. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. He listens, gets to know you as a patient, comes up with a plan to help and sees it through. He has been a huge help in finding some major diagnoses for me. He also is quick to respond in messages and works with our schedules to make sure we are seen when needed. So thankful we see him!

I've worked in the healthcare industry for 20 years and this is one of the best primary care clinics I've set foot in. Starting with the front desk staff, to the intake staff, provider and all the way to the check-out staff...a first rate patient experience. Offering both online scheduling and virtual visits makes access to care far better than most of it's competitors, and has saved me a few urgent care trips. Plenty of parking availability plus a large, comfortable waiting room coupled with an onsite lab makes it a very patient friendly experience. Clinicians and staff all have great bedside manner and I'd advise anyone living in the RVA area to consider establishing care with Reynolds Primary Care. Big shout out to Dr. Woodward and his care team, nothing but great things to say about my 8 years as a patient.

My husband and I have had a great experience with this practice as well as our doctor, Dr. Yuan. As a patient with chronic conditions (many of which are under-researched) it is often difficult to find good doctors. Dr. Yuan, however, is exceptional. He is very professional, competent, thorough, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. He’s up to date with a lot of complex conditions and researches answers to questions he may not know off the top of his head. The office staff is great as well, they are also very professional and efficient and it is easy to communicate with them as well as the doctor on the patient portal. My husband and I have only good things to say about this practice.

I have been coming to this practice since 2016. When my PCP retired, I was tentative about trying someone new, but I am glad I stayed on as a patient. I can't give Dr. Kate Donovan enough praise! She is thorough, attentive, and compassionate. She provides you her full attention, asks probative questions, and provides clear treatment options and advice. The office itself is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Front staff are capable, but could be a little friendlier.

I've had nothing but good experiences here. Parking is always easy, the office is always super clean, the staff is nice and the doctors are great. I use to see Dr. Bedinger until he retired. He always listened to my concerns and took is time. He had "old school" practices and mad sure he understood your problems. Now I see Dr. Donovan. She is fantastic and looks at everything holistically.

I started seeing Dr Donovan about a year and a half ago and could not be happier. I was looking for a new PCP and am so glad to have found her. She spends a lot of time with me, really listens, and is extremely kind. I’ve had to change my meds a few times and she’s always worked with me to find the best treatment. I recommend her often to friends who are looking for a doctor who is thorough, compassionate and easy to talk to. Her nurse Melina is awesome, and is great at responding to calls and messages in a timely manner when you’re having an issue or waiting on labs. The entire practice is clean, modern and efficient. The office staff is excellent. Highly recommend!

Dr Woodfin is new to the practice but my wife and I really like him . He is a very good listener and understands the needs of his patients. He is open minded, compassionate, and caring. We are thankful to have him as our new doctor.

If you’re looking for a PCP, Dr. Tran is excellent. He takes his time with patients, truly listens, and is both caring and understanding. I highly recommend him—I’ve been seeing him for many years.

This was my first experience with this practice. I saw Dr. Woodfin and he was awesome! He listened to all my questions and answered them thoroughly. He had some great suggestions for me and I can't wait to see him again and again for many years to come. I forgot to mention how great the staff was as well. From check in to check out, they were very polite and professional. Thanks again for an all around great experience. Looking forward to my next appointment. Which is really weird for me to say. Haha! Thanks again.

I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. Especially Dr Kate Donovan. She’s compassionate, accommodating, and just a gentle presence. As a young adult female, she is the best PCP I have ever had. Unfortunately I am moving and will have to see someone else. I’m so distraught because once you find a good PCP you keep them forever. Good PCPs for young women that actually listen to you and understand you, are harder to find than it should be. I’m relatively healthy but since I’ve been a patient I’ve had my own issues in which Dr Donovan and her nurse Melina treated me with immense compassion and care. Always prompt to respond and prompt to get me in to be seen if needed. They make me feel like my issues and concerns are not a burden. Dr Donovan goes above and beyond and Melina is always so delightful and kind. They are exactly who I needed at this time in my life. I’m so grateful I got to experience what an amazing PCP experience should be like. She will be setting the bar very high for when I eventually move.
